Kake is a city in the Petersburg Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska, located near the Kake Sea Plane Base (KAE). It is a fishing and hunting town, located on the west side of Kupreanof Island. The town has a population of about 650 people and is home to the Kake Tribal Corporation, a federally-recognized tribe of Tlingit Native Americans.
